Okay guys im starting my first mazda project ever. I've almost sealed the deal on a ford courier ute and the plan is to put either a 13BT or 20B in it. Since i hate the standard ute interior i thought i could try a RX7 interior swap. I have luc on my side, tht being im a fiberglasser and have made fiberglass covered dash boards before for civics and alike. What i want to know is, will it actually fit the utes interior? myother problem is i want to also swap the RX7 seats in and the door skins, but how much work would be required to get the skins to semi fit?



also since i'll have the 13bt in here, will the RX7 gauge cluster work for me?

That would take a shitload of work. The doorskins are outrageously different on a truck than an S6... The dash could possibly work, but my guess would be that you'd need to widen it somehow. My best guess would be that you'd have a much easier (and possibly cheaper) time making custom stuff that looked like S6 parts, rather than actually swapping them over.

 

yeah the door panels would be very very difficult. im gonna guess theyre about 1.5' high and maybe 2' long.
