Mine decided to go bad recently and keeps blowing fuses. I used it for about 6 months. Is it a common thing for them to go bad or do they usualy last a while? This is the first system ive ever used one in.

Caps usually don't blow unless you hooked it backwards. Where is this one located?

If youre meaning where i had it mounted it was sideways behind the passenger seat under the spare tire cover(i have a vert). It was hooked up right otherwise i would of had problems long before now.

The usually last a LONG while.. Might I ask what the motoviation for installing one was?
