Does anyone have gaps between their side skirts and car? I'm just curious if there is anyway to get rid of the gaps without molding the kit

You used double sided tape, right?

I have no idea, becuase I don't have a kit. But I do know there should be double sided 3M tape running every so often under the edge of the kit. Same way the factory mud flaps are held in tight.

aren't te sideskirts bolted on?

yeah you bolt them on in the fender wells, but you still have the whole top edge of the skirts to attach or get as close as possible.



also I happen to be using a cwest rear bumper, and it wraps around the 2 rear quarter panels so you have to make the top of that edge as close as possible.



I was just wondering if anyone else had pics of their install so I could rest easy with the way mine looks.



I'm a bit of a perfectionist so the slightest difference bothers the **** out of me. I'm told by others that the stuff I'm noticing won't be noticable once I paint the kit

Its not painted??!?!?! I am almost postive any differences will go away once it is painted. It will make it look more natural. I would worry about the gaps unless after the paint job. :bigok:

of course there is a gap, it wont be noticable after, and filling the gap would require alot of work and custom body work, which would probably end up cracking down the road anyhow.
