99' Spec Front (no License Mount)

I now need to get a new front end thanks to a little ice on the highway. I was just wondering if they sell either a stock, or aftermarket 99'spec front without that ugly license plate mount thingy. I dont have a front plate now, and dont plan on putting one back on. any help to where i could find one would be great.
