LOL I saw him a buffett concert, seems like a pretty cool guy. You know he sold mirage and those because the board of directors wanted him to cut employee benefits. Got a pretty interesting start in vegas too.

No he got a bank loan on a vacant lot and filed plans to build a multi million dollar casino which he had no money to do, the big wigs in vegas FREAKED, they didn't want a new guy comin in, so they bought him out, he turned around and bought a casino that was already built. Basically made a fortune from nothing.
