bump for 1988redt2 who claims i havent mentioned the goodness of Mate.
Anyhow mate is one of the highest antioxident products available, it is one of the only natural sources of chromium, it is consumed more then coffee in argentina and it gives you energy, without jitters and can be drank hot or cold.

Yes, yes. I knew you were drinking some kind of funky bongwater, but you didn't mention that mate has more antioxidants than tea!
