that why I can't wait to start working. I'll have both.

i'm going to develop subdivisons. I'll work for about half the year, more if I feel like it. even through those 6 months, I'll probably only spend an average of 4 days a week actually working. the rest will be "business trips" involving a boat a big fish, or some metal sticks and a litte white kinky ball that likes to be spanked.

I'll be pulling in about 3 mil a year, and thats a low estimate.

And don't tell me I'm getting my hopes up, or that its never going to happen. I'd hate to see you have to stick your foot in your mouth..

18. I get drunk because there is nothing else to do here, and because it is easy to get.

I get laid so much because i'm one of the few guys around here that is not a redneck. ( I grew up mostly in Florida and avoided the stupid redneck mentality). I'm also very confident with myself (maybe too much, but it works out) and girls love that. I also have the "southern gentleman" side, always open doors, stand when they enter the room, etc... that goes a long way. I also take care of myself, and pay attention to how I dress. There is no girl that I am afraid to talk to, and I hold a decent conversation.

I'm not pulling this job "out of nowhere" I'm starting college in the fall to get my civil engineering degree, with a minor in real estate.

I'm getting the civil engineering degree so I can design and build my own subdivisions without having to contract out. The real estate so I can handle the business side of it. I also have a very keen business sense, purely because I have been raised in a family owned business for as long as I've been paying attention to it. I'm also not quite as stupid as I usually come across. I just rarely feel the need to show how smart I am.

you will never hear me complain about my life. I have worked for everything I have though, so I have the right to be proud of it. If you don't like it, too bad, doesn't matter to me.

I'm finally starting to have money, but I work 50-65 hours/week to get it. I just figure I'm saving up for this summer when business gets slow and I'm only working 40 hours.

Try having a job, looking for a new one, planning a wedding, restoring an RX, and starting a business.

I barely get to sleep any more.

Plus you're in Florida. I had to scrape my windows this morning.

Being umemployed is one of the worse feeling in the world. I cuoldn't find a job when I graduated. I spent over 40,000 dollars on my education, a lot of sweat and tears and to my reward when I graduated I was 40000 in the hole, no job prospects. It wasn't until November before I found my job i'm at currently. I had the canadian federal goverment chasing after me for my student loans, then I had the royal bank. I had parents nagging me to get off my *** to find a job. The obstacles are definitely against you, it wasn't like i was trying, i was networking, tried all my old contacts (but they all dried up). It was dumb luck I got the job I'm at now.

Just the feeling of putting in so much effort for a better future ruined my once cheerful self, It's not like I chose baseket weaving for school, I chose engineering, which I thought would be a high demand field. Little did I know it was a field with excess supply of engineers and little demand for them once the high tech bubble burst.

Right now i'm grateful for my current job, although it's not my dream job I still put 100% of my effort in (well more like 99% since i surf nopistons.com)

Just keep trying, that is all I can say, once you stop all hell breaks loose and you are screwed.
