Well, I don't gripe about people waiting until the last minute without merit. The most important part is everyone we deal with wants to be payed in advance, and we skim the pricing for the event so close so that everyone can enjoy it that we have no money and pay it out of our own pockets figuring people are just waiting (for something).



The second reason is when I go to talk with really large sponsors who could make the event super sweet they all want to know how many people are attending, not our best guess. Than they look on the website, see the 27 people we have registered and wave goodbye.

How about this: If you pre-register and PAY, you get to lock in the current tuning prices

There is no pre-registering this year...it's straight on registration.

OK then: You register and you lock in the current tuning rates untill 2 weeks before the event?
