She threw them away? Were they hers to throw away? You should find some pics of her childhood, hide 'em, and then when she's looking for them, tell her you THREW THEM AWAY! Then give 'em back after she gets all mad, and say, "Relax, I'd never throw any of your memorabilia away! Jeez!"
