I've been thinking about this, its the new miata, but if you dropped in Rotary drive line, you got a 2005 RX-7



Just a thought incase the RX-8 makes the series 9 just a dream.

here's one of the concept ones, relatively close to the final one:







the door handle needs some redesigning, it's so huge it throws your eyes off and you wind up just staring at the handle, but i'd drive it....if it had more then 146bhp, or in mazda terms, 45whp, lol.
