Man dude, if you are just wanting to shed the man ******* it's really not so hard. Takes a little discipline but definately doable.
Cut back on the pop.
Little less carbs.
eat about 30% less than you usually do.
try to get about 15-20 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week.
And if you get on a semi decent weight routine it will also help. Larger muscle mass means you are burning more calories just sitting around getting your **** sucked.
Anyway, I guess it's something you really have to WANT, otherwise it's tough...Hang in there!
Edit: beer (empty calories) / alcohol (pure sugar) are big contributers too.

Thanks yo! I appreciate it.. I'm already on the weightloss track, but I kinda gave up the diet when I started doing cardio 3 hours, 4 times a week.. I'm not losing weight right now, but I'm not gaining fat, either. I think it's time to hit the diet again.
