you can fool DMV by getting a junior license,,,so when a cop pulls you over (and this will happen) they will see your license although it does say CLASSJ but they probably wont notice that,,, Leo

My guess is that they'll notice it, and for some reason insurance companies take an out of class ticket more seriously than speeding. <_<

With a new law being passed? You can bet they'll be looking at it.



CA puts the picture on the other side so the officer can tell instantly.



I'm guessing they got tired of kids street racing or otherwise causing accidents so the insurance companies lobbied and raised the age.

The age in Washington got bumped up to 18 last year.
