CTRL ALT DEL brings up the WINDOWS SECURITY boxes, which the option of task manager, logoff, lock, shutdown, ... etc.
It's just like Windows 2000.

OK I'm in front of my XP box
Go to control panel -> Users
At the top it'll say change the way users log in or log off
Remove the check from the Fast switching box
