CTRL ALT DEL brings up the WINDOWS SECURITY boxes, which the option of task manager, logoff, lock, shutdown, ... etc.

It's just like Windows 2000.

go into control panel and into users. choose the option that says something to the affect that users must hit ctrl-alt-delete to log in.
