Cool thing is since my deck was all set up XM already it only cost me $125.00 for the tuner (after rebate) and I bought a glass mount antenna. So the equip was pretty damn cheap to add to my car since it was basically ready to go already.

HA HA, no that's pretty cool cause it would have been a long time before I would have had the disposable income to buy something like that so I am happy!

Tonight's his birthday so I am taking him out to a concert and dinner, make life easy. I got him some Altec Lansing speakers for his puter too.

I swear I am spending money like I have it. I had a good savings going, but christmas and the wife's b-day is tapping my credit card hard!

Yea I built the **** out of my savings for the last 6 months, so I figure I will tap it some for christmas, but I am getting a pretty decent christmas bonus this year because they feel sorry for us or something.

I may actually refinance the condo, I just got a thing in the mail that said I was eligible for a "rate reduction". All I have to do is pay them $250.00 and they will reduce my rate, not really a refinance cause I stay with the current company. Anyhow, it would save me about $300.00 per month or better so I will probably do it.
