I was at walmart last night @midnight when they started selling them. Nerds would grab buy them, then run off outside, fighting over who got to hold it like hyenas fighting over a zebra's leg.

if I thought they were going to sell for that much i would have camped out somewhere probably... damn near free money!

I don't care if it works or not. Eventually, I'll be able to just stroll into a shop with no problems and just buy the damn thing. **** all of the people camping out.

So far, I don't feel it's graphics/power seems a world apart from the previous machine. That's usually a problem with developers, as they begin to learn how to utilize every performance aspect of the machine, the games will get better...



My friend bought the $750 bundle (Goodness that's a lot of money), and of the four games played, the football game looked the best. The racing game (GSR3) is definitely sub-par to GT4, and the graphics themselves, again, is not a world apart.



It is cool how the controller ports are USB, meaning you can hook up and download photo's, video's, and music into your Xbox's HD, and use the music in the background of certain games (You could do that part with the old Xbox too).



The controller's feel fine, the system is somewhat ugly (looks like an air purification machine when standing up..*shrug*), but a system is nothing without the right games that have awesome gameplay.



I'm personally waiting for PS3, to fulfill the future installments of my 3 favorite series: Final Fantasy, Metal Gear Solid, and Gran Turismo.

im gonna be there waiting when the ps3 comes out. its easy money!

thats what im saying. it seems like all the good games that i would play by myself are on ps, but when im at my friends house id rather have a xbox because its better for multiplayer games.

This **** always happens when a new system comes out, but nothing like this. I think when PS3 comes out, I am going to try and reserve three of them, pay for em all, and then sell 2 of them.



You know damn well the PS3 is going to kick ass. Look at how long it is taking to put it out, Sony is being smart and taking there time on it.



Plus the fact the Xbox does not sell well in Japan AND Europe.

I think Revolution will do good also. But Nintendo I think will never go away. Been around for 20+ years. Have made TONS of video game icons. Mario, Ninja Gaiden, Metal Gear, Metroid, Final Fantasy, etc.

I just can't get enough of Resident Evil Zero and Resident Evil 4. Those games kicked major ass, well made, graphics were superb. And I have always noticed much better graphics on Gamecube, oh and the fact that the **** never freezes up. PS2 does it constantly and X-box, I got rid of weeks ago.
