i think thats everything i run. and i STILL get that ******* "SpySheriff" thing once a month that takes over my computer, it's like my computer's period or some ****. its so ******* annoying. takes over my background, my browser, my taskbar, everything.



havent had problems since i got that spyware doctor thing tho, it was a nice buy.

Personally, I use this anti-virus... it's 100% effective!

 

avg free is very good. i install it for cheap customers at work that dont' want to buy norton

 

I use the power off button.

 

I have heard some really good stuff about Nod32

 

I use norton, because I got it for real cheap. Worked good until the last update failed to mention its incompatibility with MS Outlook.. Won't let me d/l messages as long as email scanning is enabled.

 

Spy Sweeper by webroot. That's all I run.

I've used nortons in the past and it's such a bloated hog so I've switched to AVG. I'm an IT person so I've used and supported SAV corp ed, Etrust, and McCafee on the corporate level. of those I'd say I've had the least trouble with SAV doing it's job
