I had that when I was 12, its often caused by excessive anxiety and stress, the doctors often call it the PHd disease as alot of people under high amounts of stress get it.There are other causes of it but the most common is stress and anxiety. Its not hereditary, its not infectious, so dont worry about passing it a long.. Take a break or change whats causing you stress and it will subside and you will most likely never get it again..

PHd disease at 12? Ok Mr.PHd, is it true if you don't use it you lose it? Or if you use it too much you go blind?
