Wtf?
Food-cup pecking--This class included pecking in or on the food cup when the cup was apparently empty or when it contained only a small amount of pellet dust. This behavior was essentially identical to spot pecking, but was directed at the food cup rather than some other arbitrary spot in the cage. This behavior was recorded in the same way as spot pecking. Although food-cup pecking is essentially identical to spot pecking, these data were recorded separately in the event that analysis were to subsequently determine it to be a different class of behavior from spot pecking.

so if a bird can fly at 40 mph, could he stand on the wing of a car, with his own wings spread, up to 40 mph without falling off?
