My Dad made that same mistake. He is in the process of fixing it now. He has an FD and is selling his C-5 that sits in the garage collecting dust.

I dont hate Corvettes just dont like them. They are EVERYWHERE. No joke they are as common as Camaros here. Everyone drives them. There is this upper middle class neighborhood near me, I should go take some pictures. There is a Vette in every 4th garage, no joking, my wife and I took a ride through one evening and we were laughing at all the Vettes, C-5's too all of them.
I dont like Chevettes either but no one seems to care about that hate.
