This girl in my office is sitting at the front desk while another girl is helping students, and she's yelling (no, not talking) on her cell phone with one of her friends. She's talking about her boyfriend, the club last night, etc... and it's annoying as ****. Hell, I don't even answer my cell phone here at work, let alone talk for 20 minutes, howling with laughter and interrupting everyone else.
