Ok you guys have a sniper...big deal...I-80 between Reno and California had one...he would shoot a couple disappear for a year or 2 shoot a couple...and he would kill. the guy left no traces sometimes they couldn't even find where he was shooting from....used a 30-06. That guy targeted everything including minivans with kids.That never made national news.

That's only if the round has enough energy left after punching through the safety glass windshield to even penetrate the skull. Shooting through that glass at a moving car with a .22, you're more likely to kill someone by throwing a teddy bear at them.
