Witnessed A High Speed Chase

It was so awsome!! I was taking a joy ride in the mini this afternoon and all of a sudden this car going in the opposite direction hauling *** passes a guy in this curve in double lines. So as I come closer to the curve, which i wasn't too far away from to begin with, a cop car hauling *** goes to pass the same car and nearly hits me head on. I had to swearve damn near off the road!! There are trees in the curve so I was unable to see all of this unfold in front of me. So all I did was go a little further down the road and turned around. So a few miles later I see several cop cars, a couple undercover cars, and the dude's car on its side in a ditch. As I passed they had him on the ground all cuffed up, very cool looking. Real life COPS :bigok:

I was getting gas once, and heard a ****-load of sirens about a min. later a car was hauling *** down the road with no headlights on (this was at night), followed by about 10 cop cars. As the car got closer to an intersection a jeep wagoneer pulled out right in front of the car. There was a nice big crash, and the car they were chasing rolled like 2 1/2 times across 4 lanes of traffic. That was pretty cool to see.

my friend mike was involved in a 160mph chase in, get this, a turbo beetle. Anyway it was about 12am and he was flying all over my area with no lights on, in a black beetle, doing from 120-160mph with his girlfriend in the car. He got away, parked in a parking lot, took the keys out, ripped off the steering collar and messed some of the wires under the dash, and did a bit of damage to the inside. He went home and had made up this story with his girlfriend that they'd go to the police station report it stolen and explain that they had been drinking at a party and when they woke up the car was gone.
It was going good until the girlfriend couldn't keep with the story. He got put arrested for that,but skipped bail, at which time he got me in some serious trouble with the law (i have trial january 16th
).
as for me I've run from the cops a few time the best was this one:
I was coming downhill on a street which levels out then goes up hill, at the top of this small hill is a 4way traffic light intersection. I was doing about 75 in a 40 at about 2am. As i got at the foot of the hill I saw the light turn yellow, by the time i got there it was red, i said **** it and kept goin, at the second my front tires crossed the white stopp line a cop made a right turn going the opposite direction of me and we locked eyes. I KNEW he was gonna get me the second i saw him so i floored it as i heard him screaching to do a u-turn. I hit about 90-95mph and RIPPED a 90 degree turn a few hundred feet from the light onto a 2 lane road, As i gained traction on that road i saw him cresting the hill of the light with sirens and lights blaring. I flew up the 2 lane road, going uphill, and ripped another 90 degree turn into a church parking lot, flew through it and out the other exit which leads into a neighbor, upon exiting i slammed the front skid plate into the road (exit is downhill onto a flat street) which slowed the truck significantly. We were there just long enough to see the cop fly by the entrance at about 100+mph with lights and sirens blasting away.
I drove calmly through the neighborhood, got back on the road i was originaly on and booked it to my friends house.
I've got a ton more stories one which includes evading a cop during a blizzard , which was fun

lol the cops bought it and everything then his girlfriend got scared and said the whole thing was a lie
thats why i refuse to race hardcore with my girl in the car. I'll do some 0-120 races or something but no sustained speed type of things. Heck i dont like to do sustained speed with any chicks in the car, i zone out majorly when speeding and focus on my surroundings, my tach, my speedo, and everything related to driving. I turn off the a/c or heat, turn off the radio and crack my driver's side window open a bit so i can hear what my engine is doing. I'm very into my car, my jeep I could shift at the ideal points without a tach i was so tuned into it when driving fast.
THe worst thing that someone ever did to me while i was driving almost got us killed. I basically drifted a corner in my durango (not really drifting i enter slow, go a bit wide, then at about the apex i cut the wheel in and floor it making my tires spin and then back go flying outwards)....so anyway i do that around this corner and as i'm countersteering to straighten it out my friend PUNCHES ME...now ya know this might not seem like much but i drive with one hand on the wheel so when he punched my i was stable and it fucked up my countersteering so we begin to almost do i 180 and my habits just took over, i did **** i cant do if i try, i was tapping brake hitting gas counter steering, doing mad crazy **** that i only do when im "in that zone" and was able to avoid completely wiping the truck out. needless to say that friend is no loner allowed to sit in the front seat.
lol i have so many stories about driving, one of my faves is doing 110 on ny thruway for about 2-3 hours straight while going to vermont at about 2-3am.
i need to write a book some time.

I got one for ya. 2 years ago there was a bunch of us hangin out at a local parking lot late on a saturday night. In comes this black 240 which the kid thought was the **** cause he had a turbo put on by his friend. I must say the car was pretty sweet. Anyway being that I am only one of a few with an Rx everyones wants to run me. I guess since fast and furious every street racer has somehting to prove to supras and rx7's. So here comes this crowd wanting to set up this BIG race. I accepted and off we went a couple miles down to "the spot". Its a 2 lane road that enters onto a 4 lane highway. We take off and the 240 jumps on me hard. I end up getting my traction back and walk easily by him. Just as I pass him my phone starts ringing. As I go to reach for my phone I see a 3rd contender. Except he has no lights on at all and is hauling ***. I knew right away it was a cop and started looking for a place to hide. Unfortunately theres no where to go and myself the 240 ad the cop are all aproaching a red light. I pull into the left lane to make a uturn in hopes that the cop will follow the other guy. Luck would have it he follows me and shortly later pulls me over. Next thing I know the cop is making fun of me saying I cant drive and claims the 240 beat me. It sucked not only did I get pulled over but the damn cop didnt even see me win!! All in all im one lucky dude cause the cop was real cool about it all and luckily had worked with my cousin years ago before he was a cop. Damn thats one night ill never forget.
