Alrighty, I haven't done a Carfax on it yet. I have a week before doing anything and I don't believe that hte owner (dealer) will get enough money on the auction. I got his e-mail writing me backa ndhe says, "hello, to end the auction early or the "buy it now" price is $15903.70. thanks". Well, to me it sounds like a good deal.

I'm gonna ask him to provide me some more pics of the car including the engine bay (close ups of where the tape should be over the holes as Mike said) and the interior pieces.

Thanks guys for pullng for me, it's much appreciated.

Hey Rich, it's pronounced Cer-See!!! LOL

if you look at your fc they have holes in the body to fender seam, so they can line it up on the assembly line, and since its made well, end up with nice fender gaps. on the fd they decided to put a peice of tape over the holes before the car was painted, so the fd's have little bits of painted tape on the fenders.

its handy now because no tape = replaced fender, and if the gaps are nice on the outside and the holes dont line up = bent body?

The front plate frame on that car worries me. If it's always been there, that means the car has always been run with crappy air flow to the radiator and intercooler.
