Congrats!!!

I just put an offer in on a house for sale here. I found out my house has more than doubled in value so its for sale. My mortgage was just about paid off so I am taking the money and dropping it into another home in a ncer subdivision.

Your making a great move. I bought my house 6 years ago for less than 100K and I am now puting it on the market for a tad over 200K. Not bad for a 6 year investment. You can only win with this move good luck and enjoy it!!!!

Congrats, I've made about 100K on my house in the 2 years that I've owned it. Best investment I ever made. Good luck!

Just an update...

I close on my house next Friday the 27th

Here is the best part, my closing costs = 170 dollars! Sometimes it pays to not lowball the seller too bad but to include things like closing costs into the bid.

I finally have a garage to keep my baby dry.

I think I will TRY to get evicted from my apartment this week

and **** off every neighbor I have held my tongue around for the last year and a half.
