I just noticed that my summons for my court case for two of my tickets has me marked as Todd T. Chapman. While my middle inital is really F. Can i use this as some sort of a technaclity saying they gave the ticket to the wrong person?

 

I would think that it mattered what name was on the tickets..not the summons. You're probably still fukd.

 

oh well, maybe i can run into the court room naked ranting about the width is what matters and he might let me off on a insanity plea.

 

Maybe he will.
