whoever guessed yes was right.
drizzled a little on and off, so I pulled over to put on my rain pants (already wearing joe rocket gortex-type jacket). Right before I hop back on, I hear that ominous "sssshhhhsssshhhhhhSSSSHHHHHHHH
then the sky pretty much fell, with flash flood force and 1/2"-per-hour capacity...freakin sucked ***
