Well, there's two options here 1) use the bowflex 2) get a new wife
One seems like a lot of work.
With eating better and less stress I have been losing some weight, plus fishing a lot i think at least I can make that claim.

Yea there great for one month then **** starts hanging on it, you stump your toe on them and then realize there no hard body girls working out next to you.
I just started running with those weight vest. OMG my calfs are ******* cramping all day. How did you enlisted guys hump rucksacks? I guess they build you up.

They dont build us up really, If I remember right our first road-march was 8 miles. Here in Ranger Batt. we'll do 25 miles in a day with 60-70lb rucks. And yes, I feel your pain. Trying doing it completely dehydrated, then when you finally sit down and go to get up again, every muscle in your legs is so cramped that its agonizing to move. Fun times
