Ok my bad.....

It is a sychost.exe Program error

I have downloaded on the MICROSHIT updates and norton anti-virus updates. What do I do now???

okay you can get this error due to the buffer underrun vulnerability in win2k which is being exploited by the new worm....dowload security patch from microsoft, and run a scan.
