Many many years ago (too damn many years) my parents decided to get me the Charlie Brown Encylopeida set so as to keep me from taking apart everything in the house (didn't work)
The books were a Q/A type format question and answer. IE How does the heart work?
Now keep in mind I was like 8 or 9 years old at the time and I run across this seemingly lame question of "Why do we smell flowers?" So I start to write "Because it would be impolite to stick them up our butts" Half the way through this I start laughing so hard my sides hurt.
Ahhhhh the joys of youth!
