i wanna see a white person get beat up by a black cop. i wonder what impact it wuold have on the news...

as far as this/all cases, yes police have to use force, but if teh guy is already on the floor and theres a guy cuffing him, why must you keep hitting him? thats what it somewhat looked liked to me towards the end.
ive been lucky to have only been stopped 5 times, 3 times asked to step, once my car was searched cause the cop saw me reaching down and thought i had hidden something under the seat. outta the car. some cops are funny and most are definately power tripping...

Some ignorant guy in my criminal justice class today was arguing that its police brutality and the police meant to kill him. Now the teacher gave him the benifit of the doubt, and asked if he saw the whole video, were the guys swings at the police. and he says yes...WTF, the guy is convinced the police tried to kill him purposely because he was black and that the police had no right in trying to arrest him

I didnt not see the begining of the video.
I only saw two cops jabing the **** out of this guy with billy clubs.
Why do they not try to get him in a choke hold with the clubs?
It's my understanding that all they really need to accomplish is to get a set of cuffs on him. If two guys cant find better ways to do that then maybe we should look at who is training these people.

BUt I do not agree with cops beating anyone.
Because next time your out drinking and thinking your having a good time some cop might decide to arrest you and in your drunk stupor you react by pushing his advances away. The next thing you know your skulls cracked wide open by Johnny Law who was anxious to try out his new billy club on you. I know about six guys from high school who are local cops here where I live now. Let me tell you that most cops are far from being saints.

i've seen much smaller guys still take care of a couple offers with hands cuffed behind their backs.
when your adrenaline is gonig cuffs aint gonna stop you.

news update for you ********, the cincy coroner just released his report stating that the fat guy DID die as a result of the beating, not the drugs, and the death has been ruled a homicide.
i agree with FD3boost's opinions on this one. he seems to be the only person on this board who has some sense in thier head.

And I doubt they beat him extra because he was black, i mean, i can imagine with all the bad publicity about the cops supposedly being racist they wouldnt go around and beat up people cause they're black.
