I just blew my nose and it filled my ears with pressure, so I then stand up to get another paper towel to blow again and it apparently threw my equilibrium off cause I tripped over the stool and fell on my ***.



Which hurt.

at that moment i hadn't started drinking.



On a side note drinking doesn't seem to have made the situation better or worse.
