**** that he shouldn't be charged. if he is it should be very light. everyone knows that if someone fucked with your most valuable possesion you would prolly try to kill them too....well at least stop them, dunno bout killin them...hehe

Yikes, according to their poll, 85% of people said he should not be charged!
Hey, if you can afford a Hummer, I think you can afford to get robbed once in a while. Sheesh. Hopefully he'll be going to jail for a while. Look at the state of the car he crushed, he could have easily killed all 4 if they were not so lucky. Follow them, and call police on your cell phone. That is the only right way to handle that situation.
