i dunno where u are in nj, but hook upto 476 away then to 76 (by kop mall in pa) headed west. i76 becomes i80 around the ohio/pa border. take i80 west almost ot the IN line, and hook up to i70 north. its a VERY simple trip. i do chitown to pa a few times a year solo, straight through to the main line where im from.. 76, 80, 90, 94 are all essentially the same roads all to chitown through pa.

if i were still in pa right now, id go with ( i know the trip all too well, and have actually done it sleeping ) pa is a BITCH to get through, watch out for cops in pa (hide by overpasses) but once u hit ohio on i80, there are almost NEVER and cops (only seen 2 in 10 trips ive taken)

good luck!

Dang, I need to drive through Ohio with you!

Everytime I'm there I see a million state troopers...hell, last time I met up with the Cleveland RX7 owners I saw 8 motorcycle cops sitting together pulling people over as I left cleveland. Four lanes of Interstate with four cops on each shoulder. Luckily at the time I was reading my yahoo map instructions and for once wasn't speeding. I look up and here come all these motorcycle cops grabbing cars around me, I look down I'm doing 5 under!

Actually, Ohio cops are only jerks if you Michigan plates

Well...it's about 90+ miles from Ann Arbor, but Vosko'd have to get off the turnpike earlier to swing north through Ann Arbor and pick up I-94. It's not totally out of the way, but it'd probably be a little faster to stay on I-80 until he got to I-69 than head up to I-94.

(I work in Ann Arbor)
