So this buddy of my roommates showed up at the house last night in his "street/strip" Civic LX (which he claims his buddy is building to run a T60-1 at 32PSI on pump gas), and was drooling over the FD when he said,

"Is that one turbo?"

I responded, "Yes, all of them are."

He replied "are you sure?"

I responded, "Yes, I am."

He argued, "I have a friend that has a non-turbo"

I responded, "It's not the same generation RX7. All of this body style are turbo"

He continued, "I don't think so. You're wrong."

(I was reluctant to get into it with him about the only way that could happen is with a motor swap.)

I responded. "I'm not wrong. I'll bet you a grand."

He shrugged his shoulders and in an effort to save face, stated "well, I love those rotisserie motors."



I responded, " "



And went inside to go to bed.

He asked also what mods it had - feeling all hope was lost, I just said, "you know, the basics" I didn't feel like explaining what a downpipe was, and why an ECU was a good thing.
