yeah, I saw one at wally world that steers with 2 handles on either side, and steers the rear end rather than the front. It also had a hand brake, for the front wheel, which was like a bicycle wheel. They've come a long way.
We had the all-plastic one, where you would wear a hole in the tire from skidding to a stop.
