Take sugars out of your life. Lose red meats and white flour products, only flour and bread stuff you can eat is WHOLE wheat. Also you need to eat a lot of green vegetables cooked in little oil. Peas tend to be high in sugar and so is corn however. Also natural nuts not ones loaded in salt and oil.
