yea i figure ill eat healthier when im married and in my own house. but for now fast food is great.
plus i have a great metabolism i eat all crap food, still healthy, 6'6" like 190-195lbs and like 0 fat.

yea seriously, its not uncommon for me to go to bk and have 2 double stackers, and a large fry with a herhsye pie to finish it off.
and when me and my g/f get pizza i wind up eating like 6 or 7 slices of a medium pizza from dominos.

I like my beer, I like my booze. I limit myself to a couple of galsses of red during the week and play on the weekend.
I have a back injury, I have to keep tight core in order not to have problems. I can say that since I lost 22 lbs and I am in the best shape of my life I have ZERO back problems.
That alone was worth not eating the "good food".
rotary Rocket - keep it up! As you drop the weight it will encourage you to keep going. I pick up a 20 lb dumbell sometimes and smile when I think I used to wear that weight.
yep, i dont excercise as much or eat as well, but i'm down 20lbs from like 2003? 5' 11" 160lbs....
