there's a publix near my house that was once name the number 1 pickup spot in the country by playboy magazine



we just go to publix for fun...if you're an employee, you have a great job, with stock options and such...all their store brand stuff is great (meat, bakery, deli), it is awesome...they also just built 2 new "prototype" publix's in Tallahassee, which are huge, and even have specialty beer fridge, health food, sushi, baby section...not like anything around the south east



sad enough, when the new ones opened, you couldn't go anywhere and talk to anybody without the topic of "the new publix" opening up



now that I say this to folks not from around here, I feel kinda like a dork...but you would know what I mean if you've been

 

publix doesnt get very far out of florida
