[quote name='phinsup' date='Mar 17 2005, 02:58 PM']I've always listened to various genre's I've never limited my music based on what's cool, I'll crank a folk tune up as loud as I'll crank nirvana up.

There's a ton of people that miss out on good music cause it isn't "cool". I like folk, rock, hard rock, rap, beach and boat tunes, gulf coast, Elvis... and there's plenty of old skool country that I don't mind listenting too, just can't stomach the new crap.

Im just ****** with ya, I think its cool when people listen to different music and dont get set to one genre just cause its the cool thing at the time. Say for instance, Techno. Who still listens to it because they did years ago and not because raving made it the 'IN" thing?

Indeed, although last time I hung out with Damir the only cd's he brought to the party were KC and the Sunshine Band and The Village People, I became a bit suspicious.

No tunes in the 7! It came with a hole in the dash, and that suits me. Just the sweet sound of a slightly muffled turbo rotary! Woo hoo!

Funny how I don't listen to much music anymore. When you have a toddler in the backseat, you just don't feel right about cranking hardcore music.

I really like catching the Laurie Berkner songs on the Noggin channel. That lady has a gift for writing (and performing) children's music.

If I had kids, I'd have them listening to everything, seems like music has always been a staple in my life, it's gotten me through some tough times and it always sets the mood I'm glad that I was exposed to all flavors when I was a kid.

My dad enjoys pretty much everything as well, but listended to folk quite a bit when I was a pup, my uncle Elvis, my cousins AC/DC and the likes LOL
