...that lets you access the window which can turn on and off the programs that are active on startup in windows?





Does that make sense?

Every time I change that in XP it gives me **** and won't startup normally without all of them checked.

yeah, xp does a pretty good job is startup management. 98 is horrible. i actually haven't used msconfig for xp yet. i used it extensively for 98 though.
