I normally have cereal, but we ran out. So I took some rolled nickels, and bought a pankcake, with 2 biscuits w/ sausage gravy from our local BBQ/good breakfast place. It's a gift from God, I could eat sausage gravy by itself.

Two glasses of skim milk, bagel, two piece of grilled pork roast and one piece of grilled chicken. Protein is good.

Whenever I go out for breakfast, then I eat everything with sausage gravy...my wife hates the stuff so we don't have any at home. That doesn't mean I can't get it somewhere else though...I really do love that stuff...especially on home fries or biscuits...mmmmmm....<drool> Look what you've done!! Made me drool all over the Penn State computers...ah it's just as well anyway, they need new ones...mmm...unexplained bacon...
