Alot of companies, such as Aeroquip, Earls, Aeromotive, etc. sell alcohol compatible fuel components.
Aeroquip makes some very nice rubber lines that can stand up to the abuse and to the pressure if you're running a really high pressure system. Always had good luck with them on hoses.
I have seen a meathanol burning car that had a problem with line freeze. Funny huh?
