of course i say gslse, but it would be close if the tii was an s5. id still probably say a cheap gslse and mods bc its like an over sized go kart.

you could probably build something like this for pretty close to 4500 total: http://max7.rx-7.org/thecar.htm

just try to find a running gslse for 1k -1.5k and youll be ready to go.

What's the difference if it was s4 or s5 TII. It is still a TII!! I know I know, lower compression rotors, more hp, "better" taillights. Who cares!

TII, s4 or s5.

Personally, i'd go for a gsl-se. I'm assuming this is a series3? with a 13b? sorry, limited knowledge of the american cars. But a 1st gen is the way to go. with a few suspension mods and dropping in an import motor from japan (oh, you guys might not be able to do that?) it goes like the clap.

Thinking about it now, it's probably easier for you guys, because the steering column is on the other side along amoung other things...

Even more reason to go through with this, and buy a s3 as it's already got 13b engine mounts (i'm now assuming it's the same as the s4/5 engines)!! Even less work is required FMIC with the top mount, run a little more boost and she'll be screaming. can't imagine that would cost any more than $US4500 and would only take a few weekends!

It all really depends on the persons skills and dedication. I myself am not so skilled, but I would enjoy the project I am sure. Not too sure about the engine mount points though. It would take me about 6 months if I worked on it everyday to complete. But I would never do it. I just want a TII.

yes, for those of you that said gsl-se it would go turbo, I'm a huge FB guy as thats all I've ever had except for a s4 N/A automatic that I got rid of really quick LOL. I'm still undecided on how to go, but more than likely a T II. oh well I have a week to decide
