nothing speaks of reliablity like how Canadians are able to continually create useless posts.

Haha. If we are talking "foreign" cars, I shall choose volvo from my own experience. "My" 940Turbo has lasted since 1992. 12 years old, it has gone from California to Maryland once, from Maryland to Kentucky 3 times, from Maryland to Florida 4 times. It currently has about 260000 miles on it. Tranny has been replaced once, NO oil leaks(well, very minimal). The next thing to go will be the turbo, which is gonna be a bitch. But hopefully I will be able to put it in myself. Who knows?

That is what I call reliability folks. And it is one hell of a comfortable ride. And our chevy blazer which was about 19 years old before it got shut down was a GREAT truck. That also went everywhere in america.

Anyone can beat that experience I would like to hear it.

The word reliability doesnt exist within my vocab. Everyhting i drive i beat on and it all breaks and it all breaks all the time. If you can find a car that i can drive and cant break i'll give you a cookie.

Ok, I will provide the vehicle for that challenge.

Where I work at, the trucks we use(ford, blech!) are beaten up every day. They travel many many miles. Oil will not be changed for 20,000+ miles. The air filter is so clogged, you would suffocate in it. And the oil filter, lets not even go there, you can start your own ******* oil company with that thing.

So you think you can beat the **** out of a vehicle. You drive our company trucks and see what you can do to it. Oh, and parts constantly fall off, bumpers and ****, flat tires everyday, and those bastards still last.

Have you had an experience of bad karma?

Haha. Oh, I may sound like an *******, sorry, the way I am.

I concur. I owned a merkur xr4ti (ford 2.3L turbo) The thing let go...a week after I fixed the overboosting problem. It would see 20PSI on a regular basis.

It had...over...400 000kilometers on it. This is a TURBO engine.
