We are unfortunately fucked and are going to have to tough it out on this server until 10/2010. I can't afford to walk away from 1k so we will just tough it out. I'll make sure I grab the backups weekly and we will keep our fingers crossed.

Indeed, i have set up an additional offsite backup service in case things to crazy, hopefully we can struggle through without any major issues like we had last week.

 

Since we're stuck on this server until October I went ahead bought an additional offsite backup service, which backs the entire server up nightly so I'll still have access to the data if these fucktards screw the pooch again. ***** the budget by another $240 per year, but we won't need it after we move servers.
