I work too. We don't get the days off in Canada.
On the plus side, my work will be easy. A majority of our work is shipping giant machines to the US, and since it's turkey day for you Americans, then everything REALLY REALLY slows down at work and we have a Christmas party. There's nothing we can really do about it, we aren't permitted for loads and nobody is around to offload us in the US. So we make the best of it.
Our boss throws a Christmas party, and we get free booze and a free cabride home.
