Its the first 2 weeks back after a long break that make me wonder why I do this?
I am the worst pain I have felt in a long time. I over trained my back and can hardly move my arms now. I used the Hammerstrength equipment instead of the cables.
I drove my 7 to work today (no power steering) at that was an effort. I trained my back on Tues. and my legs yeaterday now my legs are starting to hurt. Did I mention my chest and abs hurt too. waaaaaa
Now my neck is locking up. Dammit!!
Any tips for deadening the pain? 13BACE?
I was gonna pop a few Ibuprofin. I had heard somewhere mydol works great.
Trying to stretch eveything out but it freaking hurts. waaa

If you don't already, make sure you do a few warm up sets and take time to stretch everything out pre and maybe even post workout.
The soreness will not be as bad and/or you will get used to it after the first few weeks.
Protein helps speed recovery as well.
