and ruin that perfect mini truck?
That motor is too new to swap motors now, but whenever it decides to die or another mini project all together. That motor has less than 100miles on it. I would be very famous in the mini community if I could come up with a small rotary design making good power. Those guys are always talking about a rotary swap, but not too many know rotaries well.

The truck is 8k, actually came from the guy who I had import my mini. Sold it to a lady who doesn't really know how to tinker with cars. She has only had it a couple months, had some problem with lack of fuel and decided she was in over her head. Its only a 1000cc carb motor, but good enough to pick up groceries and get 50mpg. You will rarely see mini trucks for sale. Most were used as work trucks in the UK, and beat all to hell. The only thing I don't like is the windows, only part of the window moves out of the way. Best part of my cooper is hanging out the window while you drive. I'm pretty sure I can put in normal roll down windows though. Best part about austins is the parts are dirt cheap.

I've never been much of a truck person either Christi. But I can make an exception here.

I think that truck is so cool, plus its a much more inexpensive car

to tinker with. There was a original Mini Cooper S for sale on ebay,

bidding ends soon:Cooper S
