Yea, selling this early was factored as the "best case scenario" we're just glad we sold we haven't had many calls, we just got lucky I think. In fact this will mean I should have some spedning money cause we'll save a small fortune with no mortgage, basically selling this fast... as stressful as moving this soon is, the weight lifted from having the condo sold and done with is huge, as soon as amy finishing school we dun be out.
