Its in a subdivision called Hunters Run, just off of 71st and Trenton, couple blocks from where I live now. 2 story, 3 bed, 2 full bath, room over garage, cathedral ceiling, fireplace, surround sound in living room, 6' wood privacy fence, and a badass security system.

A house like that in a nice subdivision would run you close to 200K around here. If your lucky and can find a deal you might get one for less than 150K.

My cousin bought a house on Long Island 5 years ago for 175K and just sold it for 400K.

Housing prices are getting stupid in some areas. This area in Florida is getting out of hand. You used to be able to get a house for under 100K. Those days are over. 2 Bedroom carport fix-er-uppers are running over 100K here.

Congrats on the new house. The best part is the 2 car garage. You'll have tons of room in there too with those Mini's in there. My garage has tons of room with my "big" Mini and my Rx-7 in it.
